WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
Looking for a GMC-Chevy Squarebody pedal set for a hydraulic clutch master AND hydroboost brakes. This is for my '76 K25.
Not sure what you've got? The easiest way to check is if there are two studs pressed into the pedal bracket that go through the firewall. Looking for the pedals on the left (Hydro/Hydro). The pedals on the right are vacuum/mechanical. |

Re: WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
I just pulled a hydraulic bell housing setup with slave cylinder, pedal assy, tilt 4spd column, trans and round np205 adapter w/shifter out of an 87 crew 1 ton. Are you needling anything else?

Re: WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
I'm putting a NV4500/NP205 in my '76 using the Advanced Adapters bellhousing and clutch arm. So I don't need the adapters, bellhousing, trans or 205.
But I could use the pedals, all the clutch hydraulics and the tilt-standard column. The pedals have to be from a hydroboost brakes truck. That's the only catch. |

Re: WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
I have all of that stuff as well as a rebuilt tilt column that would be correct for your 76. I am sure you know that the 87 has the wipers on the column. I need to verify that the pedals are for hydroboost. I have 2 sets I am pretty sure one set is correct for you. Your dash emblem went out yesterday

Thanks, I forgot about the wiper switch.
Please check the pedals and shoot me a price for the pedals and early column. |

The brake pedals are different on each one. I know one of the pedal assemblies came from a 1 ton so it should be the hydroboost one. I want $150 for it. I will bump the ad up for the tilt column so you can see the pictures

Re: WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
I just looked and I don't have pictures of the 79-83 style. The big benefit of using these years is they bolt/wire up correctly for your truck and have the double D output shaft so you can use an intermediate shaft with Borgenson joints and get rid of the rag joint at the steering box

Re: WTB '85+ GM Squarebody Hydraulic Pedal Set
I'm parting a 89 K30 w/Hydroboost...I will have pedal assembly out later today and can get you pictures but mine is a Auto...Is that going to work?
I know you are putting in a manual...are you just needing frame work like in your pics or clutch pedal too? Alan |
