Rear view mirror ID... short, curvey arm, passenger side?

I picked this up at the swap meet for a couple bucks... the mounting flange matches the '60-'66 style, and it looks to fit the passenger side.

I've never seen one like this. Can anyone tell me what the actual application is, or if you've ever seen one like it before?

Don't quote me but I think someone said those arms fit a van or something.
The mirror head itself is a nice find.

Looks very similar to my cast iron factory spare tire mirror, just shorter.

Re: Rear view mirror ID... short, curvey arm, passenger side?

Thanks guys! I lined it up on my knee-knocker door, but it put the mirror right in the way of the A-pillar. It might be visible through the vent window on a '64-'66 door, but that still didn't strike me as being the right way to go.

For $5, I took a chance, thinking if nothing else I now have a pair of those off-set round mirrors that are both in excellent condition.

Should also note the mirror itself is not 100% correct, notice the three screws by the stem of the G series mirror and the step difference. The correct mirror has one screw and two rivets as shown below.
