Talking Upgrading front end to 91

I found a PERFECT grill/headlight on a 91 suburban at my local salvage yard and want upgrade my 86 to this style front. What exactly do I need off of this burb and will it just bolt up without adding/upgrading any electric components on my truck? I asked this question last year but the truck I found was stripped when I went back to get it.

Grab the entire radiator support and the lower valance (beneath the grille) and the headlight harness.

So I won't have to change anything? Just grab wiring harness and plug it into mine huh?

Thanks Thinair and frog210! I like the look of the 89-91 front end, it looks mean. That link you sent me has ALOT of great info!

Re: Upgrading front end to 91

I have to agree it is a nice upgrade over the 81-88 grilles, my 79 has an 89 GMC clip in it. I recently changed it to a OEM Chevy grille, but I don't think I have a picture yet.
