What pressure rating? Can it be regulated to work with a carb setup?

Probably 55+ PSI. Yes it can be regulated down to your carb pressure, but I would choose a regulator that has a return and not a "deadhead" one.

I used a return style Mallory regulator with a factory in-tank pump in an S10 Blazer with a carbureted 350 and it worked, but I can't make any guarantee.

What tank did you end up going with if you don't mind me asking? I've got to get a new one also as I'm having the same problem you did.

Re: F/S Walbro 155 External Fuel Pump

I went with another Boyd Welding tank, just with the in-tank pump this time. It made the swap simple as the dimensions are of course same. They did a group buy last month so I took advantage of it, and I'm happy I did.
