no power in cab.
ok so my 85 k30 6.2 was turning over fine.(new ip was bleeding it out) then i hit the key and lost every thing. i have power to the fuse box but nothing anywhere else. i split the box and see no wires pulled and i even checked the power coming in and i have 12.68 just like i should but still nothing in the cab works. headlights are the only thing. she wont crank over no glow plugs wtf?? help!!

Do you have power at the junction block on firewall beside the brake booster? There is a fusable link from starter to that block that powers the cab if I remember correctly??

yep was the first thing i checked. i have power every where but the cab. that red wire is the main feed right?

I believe so...I am trying to think what else to check & drawing a blank now.Pretty sure that is the only power feed into the cab,but someone else should be able to clarify it.

update.
tryed the truck again. cranked for a bit then stoped so thinking maybe something is getting hot. but still cant get her to fire off.

I'm thinking by the sounds of it perhaps your ignition switch took a crap..... I think the best way is to check for keyed power at the fuse box with key on.... perhaps that's the issue
