1984 k20 burb question

i have a 1984 k20 burb with a 350 that has the california emissions blah blah blah. what am i pushing for hp/tq? and how bad is it to remove all of that stuff and make it like a non california one? it has the o/d auto, that means its a 700r4 right? thanks in advance!

All I can say that might help is my 1988 R20 has the TH400 transmission which doesn't have overdrive. And my 1991 R1500 that I had, had the 700R4 tranny which had overdrive. I'm sure others on the site will have more definate knowledge.
