What fittings do I need to connect my trans lines to radiator?

I started running new transmission lines yesterday. 5/16 line with fittings and flared ends on both ends. The lines connect fine to transmission but when tightened to radiator the line has nothing to "crush" against to get tight. Here are some pics. When the fitting is tight in the radiator the line itself is noth and it will leak.
