pipe dream but please read anyway

These are just a few questions regarding my truck, and how to beat those pesky New Yorkers.

1. Is it very difficult (read expensive) to build a turbocharged 350? If so, how much $?

2. Is there any possible way to have an AWD system for my truck? This, I believe, would be a sleeper of sorts because I could have slightly wider tires, such as 265ish series, and still retain amazing traction -- or so I hope.

3. Have any of you ever had similar ideas? I got mine from thinking of how to beat the most extreme ricers at their own game.

4. Remember that this is my DREAM, which means that I will probably never do this. I, however, wish to know approximately how much it will cost, to motivate me to get my engineering degree so I can make the big bucks.

Thank you for all responses, and maybe I have rekindled such dreams in you.
