polish custom sail panels

I have a set of sail panels for my 66 but they are dull and appear to be anodized. What would be the best route to get these looking new? Also is there some place a guy can find the trim that goes across the back like on a 1960?

You can use easyoff oven cleaner on them, it only takes a few minutes, you may have to repeat but less is better, then start polishing, unless you have them reanodized you will have to keep them polished couple times a year.

The rear cab wrap trim from the 60-62s hasn't been reproduced to my knowledge and takes a special sail panel with the ends cut to accept the horizontal trim. I would love to find a 3 piece set. I did the easy off and polish on the 65 sail panels I got from LT1burb, then found an early set of stainless ones that I'm going to polish and switch out.

try a wadding cloth. Not sure of the brand. But that's what we use on all our chrome

Aluminum wheel polish (Advance A/P) works well--did on mine, & initially they looked too dulled from the elements to ever come out, but they came out like new. Surprised me!
