Tailgate Paint Colors - Opinions wanted!

I have a clean slate to work from here, the PO never finished the tailgate, so...
I have the original paint, both white and green (or teal or whatever it is). I was thinking, green for the majority of the tailgate and white letters? Or maybe green with a white trim around the raised rectangular panel and then red letters? Any ideas? Any idea what the original looked like? Sound off guys, need some good ideas! Thanks!

all green with white gmc and white raised rectangular band around the gmc would look best imo. Not sure if the rect band was how it was done originally, but that would look best I think. Personally, I'd avoid red. I'd also avoid black, even though you didn't mention it, because the roof is white. Nice looking truck.

Go over to the photoshop area and they can do it up each way so you can see it.

Mostly green with white rectangle and green letters would be another option.

Here's mine. I've been pondering painting the tailgate also.
