Rear brake line

Please help I have been doing a frame off on a 66 gmc. I have done a 4 wheel disc brake conversion and I am trying to plumb up the brakes. My question is can someone tell me or better yet take a picture of how the rear brake line that goes from the rear axle mounts to the frame? I cant find anything anywhere.

On my chevy it has a clip on the pass. side that goes on the fitting where the rubber hose connects to the hard line. There is a hole in the frame for the line to pass through and the clip goes on the inside of the frame and holds the fitting in the line tight to the frame.

Okay here we go:

From my 66 GMC . . .

On the rear passenger side of the frame the hard line terminates into a bracket, and on the underside of the bracket is a soft line that goes to the rear end.



On the rear the soft line goes back into a split hard line that runs to the wheel cylinders (or in your case, the calipers).



This actually generate a question for me . . . given that the split is (in the photo) closer to the passenger rear, wouldn't that mean you'd want to bleed the driver rear first, as it's furthest from the master cylinder in terms of brake line length?

The caveat to this whole post is I'm assuming this is how it was done stock, which may not be the case.

Yes, bracket off the frame, split at the axle and bleed drivers 1st as its furthest away following the line not as the crow flys
