Whats it worth?

So I have an 1971 C20 Custom Deluxe suburban and am thinking about selling it. Right now it is in white rattle can primer with all three rows of seats, 454bb with th400 and in decent shape. It does have the rear a/c although not hooked up and does have some rust but nothing major compared to others I have seen on here. It does have full front and rear airride but may decide to keep this for a future project but will leave if the offer is right. With that being said what would be a good asking price?
