LMC side trim

My LMC trim that I put on my truck developed a Hazy finish and I can't polish it off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Re: LMC side trim

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but even the factory trim eventually fades and will completely flake off in hot climates like so AZ where I am. I think the only viable option is to have black vinyl trim, and keep coating it with 303 protectant or other good quality treatment.

For me, I stripped off all of the trim and and having a local body shop weld up all of the mounting holes prior to paint.
