Actually to tell you the truth I believe the nut and washer are the same from 69-91. The bolt is a different story. I went out and looked at one of mine after you asked. The bolt I have is going to be too short. I borrowed a picture from jlmerie showing what I think is the correct bolt. I bought a carriage bolt from Lowes for mine. I think anything other than an old L-78-15 or 235-75-15 is going to have the bolt heading up on an angle like the picture of my flat 31 10.50 15.
