why is the search disabled?

I guess the search utility has been disabled for awhile but I don't understand why and I can't do a search to find out. When will the search be back up again?

They were having problems with it slowing down the site. Last I heard, they were working on a solution.

Yeah, I miss it too. I'm trying to find the website about Ram air intakes (dual snorkels) and the one about oil filters. I actually used the search function quite a bit!

Try http:///www.ramairbox.com for the dual snorkel box and also here http://www.frankhunt.com/FRANK/corve...lterstudy.html for the oil filter study.

BigAl, I'm going with a dual snorkle on my resto. I researched the Ram Air Box, but then opted for a '74 Corvette dual snorkle air cleaner. I'll cusomize the duct from the radiator support.

The '72 ' - '74 years did not have the vacuum actuator in the snorkle, so airflow will be uninterupted.

If you'd prefer tapered snorkles, look for GTO/some Olds 455/Camaro applications.

These can all be found on Ebay.

Good luck.
