question about T5 swap

Just wondering for any of you that have done the T5 swap, what Universal joint did you use to fit the out shaft yoke from the T5 to the stock driveshaft? Thanks!!

Re: question about T5 swap

I had to shorten the driveshaft on mine.....I took the original drive shaft and the new yoke and measurements to a drive shaft business

Re: question about T5 swap

Just did the swap on my 46 burb that's running a 55 car 3 speed. The T5 has the same 27 spline output and my old shaft slid in, but had to be shortened 3". I still have the S10 yoke/driveshaft that I grabbed thinking I was going to have to use it and get a conversion joint for the rear. Check yours, you might have the correct spline?
