Factory air VS aftermarket ,what best and difference ?
I have a big back window cab That i think is going to be shipped to the midwest soon and I am wondering if its a big mistake to sell it and go aftermarket later ??
Just want to know how efficient the stock is compared to the aftermarket ? TKS...What is more bulkier.... |

Original = Made in America
Aftermarket = Made in China. Seems easy enough. lol

Even if you kept the original you would still need all new hoses, the condensor and finding the correct style pump built for R 134.

Re: Factory air VS aftermarket ,what best and difference ?
new ones will run much more efficiently. not to say the original ones wont work.
Also not ALL of the aftermarket AC's are chinese either, some parts may be though.

Re: Factory air VS aftermarket ,what best and difference ?
factory equipment was state of the art then ....
aftermarket has been a bit upgraded since then ( besides being made overseas =0( ) if it was me IMO, as mentioned from BigD " new hoses, the condensor and finding the correct style pump built for R 134 " i would just upgrade these item(s) ...
