trailing arm help
I swapped to 5 lug axles and had my rear narrowed.. I put 4" blocks on the trailing arms..I'm running 28" tall wheel. I'm having an issue with the rear end moving forward out of notch even I drop my suspension. Here's a pic.. what can I do to correct this problem. I see that pb makes a trailing arm kit... Will this take care of my problem? Thanks in advance.

Tell us more about your problem. When you say "I'm having an issue with the rear end moving forward out of notch even I drop my suspension." Are you talking about the well is no longer centered in the wheel well?

Porterbuilt arms. If you have stock arms it pushes up and forward. Porterbuilt arms come with 1 or 3" drop built in. Some where here is a thread on this issue of pushing tire into bed. I do have pic on my build thread as well.

If you notice the axle is at the front of the notch and not centered. Theres still about 8 inches before the body lays on the ground jimmy... LV im gonna get a hold of pb and see what they recommend

I'm not a fan of the blocks being more than about an inch. When you get that much block on it it will move the rear end forward. It also leaves the truck arm hanging below the rim and close to the ground with most wheels 20" and smaller. If you have a flat the ubolts can dig into the pavement causing control issues. If you flip your front brackets and raise the front of the truck arms up the 3 1/2" or so it gives you you can get rid of most the block and also keep the drop you have. This will move the wheel back to about where it started.
