'66 Chevy steering wheel ?
I bought a fixer upper 1966 K-10 custom 4x4 with a 4 speed sm- 420 trans no engine. The guy I bought it from put a 1976 power s. box and column in it.
Was wanting to put back a factory year correct style s. wheel. Does anyone have pics of a original steering wheel , column for a 1966 custom with a 4 sp. Thanks, Dave.... |

Thanks, I was getting confused surfing the net..
1966 custom has a round center horn with a half ring outer. I will be looking for one at the Turlock swap meet or if somebody knows of one for sale......... |

My 66 wheel as bad as it is does not have black behind it. The plastic is that beige colour throughout. I've seen the black on 64's I think.

I was told the 66 steering wheels were a one year only wheel with the half ring. I know where one is but he won't sell it.

chevy II used the same steering wheel. I got one off of ebay for 29.00 a couple of weeks ago.
