It looks like one I spotted at Bonneville in 1998. Truck looked like it was set up to tow a pretty good size trailer from what I remember. I haven't seen my photo albums from going to Bonneville that year for about 20 years and one of my helpers during a move may have loaded them up in a box of trash.
