Finally Got my 1967 K10 SWB on the Road!
I bought this truck a few months back from board member Vintage Windmills. I've been looking for one of these for quite a while and was thrilled to find one and lucky Jud was willing to let it go. Here's the original thread from when he picked it up at auction.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=636582 I picked it up a couple months ago but haven't had the time to give it the attention it needed to get it road worthy. I had to completely rebuild the fuel system and the brakes. I thought I could just get away with new wheel cylinders but the brake lines were rusted through so I has to replace all those also. It needed new tires too and I ended up putting 31's on it which I think fill the wheel well very nicely. The old inline 6 purrs like a kitten and it actually drives really nice for a 48 year old vehicle. I've got some floor patching to do to keep the dust down a little bit and will get started on that sometime soon hopefully. Here's some pictures of how it looks now.

Man Jeremy, that looks way better without the topper and with some real tires on it! You're going to make me regret selling it

Great looking truck! What size tires on it? That's exactly the way I want mine to sit.
The Copenhagen sticker makes it. |

Re: Finally Got my 1967 K10 SWB on the Road!
Thanks for all the input guys. The tires are 31X10.5 R 15. I normally like my trucks to look bone stock but I wanted something a little different on this one. I love how the tires look on it.
My next step on the rebuild is to ditch the busted up camper mirrors and fill in the 15 or so holes that have been drilled in the doors and go back to the original style. Then I'm going to try and get the cab sealed up from the elements. I'm going to replace the rockers and outer cab floor and get the rest of the floor sealed up as best as I can until the full resto. I want to try and keep the rust where it is for now.
