72 3/4 GMC no bed

What you guys think.........started right up, big block, AC, PS, PB disc brakes......no bed but throwing in a 67 short box.[ATTACH]1382282[/ATTACH

If the short bed is decent, and it's a fleetside, then I think the $1,500 you are paying is fair. I don't think you are stealing it, and I don't think it's a bad deal either. I would trade the short bed for a very clean long bed, bolt it on the truck, get it running, and drive the wheels off it.

Well in that case I would trade the big block for an inline 6 too.
My dad sold his "work car" a month before I could drive. It was a Pontiac Bonneville with a 455. It took me quite a few years to fully understand why he sold that car.
