Try finding 2wd in Western South Dakota

Keeping my eyes open for a 2WD square body may as well be looking for Yenko Camero. Bet the Chevy Dealer has 50 new 4WD pickups not a2wd on the lot. is there any place in country its the other way looking for 4WD.

I'd say there's an equal amount of 2WD and 4WD square around here. yes this is snow country however, this is also cheap ass country and there are plenty of 2WD pickups around even up to current years, but very few 2WD SUVs.

Check Craigslist in desert southwest. Lots of squares in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, Albuquerque, etc. Mostly 2WD but some 4WD - 4WD short beds are pricey, 2WD long beds are plentiful and cheap. Best buy is usually a utility box - remove the utility box and replace with regular box - lots of boxes available also. I see better trucks in the junkyards than are for sale on Ebay.

I love my '74 2WD in Sacramento California I put them at 20:1 vs the 4WD, just be patient and save up till you find one, DON'T SETTLE
