Recommendations for tonneau cover for 69 longbed
Any one have any recommendations for a brand and style of Tonneau cover for a 1969 longbed. I prefer clamp on type I think as I don't want to put anymore holes in Bed rails. Thanks Bob

I used the clamp style Xtang brand with black snaps on my 71 Cheyenne Custom Camper longbed. Went with the snaps cause I wanted it to look old. It has served me well.

If you already have the snaps or holes from them in the bedsides consider having a new one made locally to fit. Done them many times for customers that way.

Re: Recommendations for tonneau cover for 69 longbed
There are tonneau covers, then there are bed covers. A tonneua cover is fabric and a bed cover is hard. The rapid growth of interest in trucks is trying to change that terminology through ignorance.
This is a tonneau cover. Then, guys started having them made for their truck beds http://image.streetrodderweb.com/f/t...u_cover%2B.jpg

I did the same thing. Caught a sale and bought it for less than $200.
