Help identify fitting/adapter

This is a fuel pump assembly from an 88 K5 Blazer with TBI.
I need an adapter to either rubber or the new nylon hose.
I don't want to go AN so either a barb fitting or a nylon specific fitting....
Female, 3/8 M16-1.5 and the smaller return (5/16?)

Dorman part number 800-079 -- 5/16 nylon to m14x1.5
