Rear coilovers

Anyone running rear coilovers, specifically on a 73-87 1/2 ton? I was curious what spring rate you were running and shock length.
Thanks

Re: Rear coilovers

You can use the replies as a loose guideline, but there are so many factors involved that affect the shock and spring selection (e.g., how the shocks are mounted, etc.) for an individual vehicle. The best advice I can give is for you to scale your truck (with you and all of your racing and safety equipment, etc.), and use one of the racing suspension formulas for the type of racing you'll be doing.

x2
Only thing I can add is that you probably won't have the right rate the first time, and you might end up wanting a few sets of springs if you ever do truck stuff with her. At least on a bridged setup, its really ends to pop the springs off and go from daily to track setups.
