This hobby is a sickness...

...You just can't stop going. Thanks to help here with wheels and whatnot, i got this whole setup together. The truck, trailer, and bike really do make a great rolling piece of art.

Just need to get that A/C fixed. And the front end lowered some. And i wanted a new shifter boot....It never does end i guess.

But, it's a good sickness that allows you to sleep well at night. Very nice work. You need to bring her to the Truck Nationals at Carlisle in August. I would love to see her in person.

Re: This hobby is a sickness...

That trailer is really cool. Is it a newer one with some older-style fenders and different/more wood added?

A guy I knew in El Cajon, CA who built street rods named Norm Francis said that very same thing twenty some odd years ago to me - This is a sickness.

Re: This hobby is a sickness...

Thanks everyone! I'm very pleased with out it all came together.

Randy: I'm amazed how many guys in that FB group aren't members here. So many questions are things that are stickied here. A google search would have lead them right to the door.

Bfoley: Yes, it was a landscaping trailer someone gave to me. Below is how she started when i got her, and when i was putting a better spring/axle setup under her.

Re: This hobby is a sickness...

I agree it's a sickness but, as much as I've tried, I can't get a doctor to give me prescription for medical auto parts.

Beautiful combo.

Let me know if you find the cure. I just keep looking at more trucks or more details to perfect.

Not too sure if this is a long term care, but it does the trick most of the time.
