Advice needed on selling truck/LS swap

Looking for a little advice from some fellow hotrodders on what I should do. I bought my 85' with every intention of LS swapping it and bought everything except for rad hoses and belts to do it. But have some things going down that are going to prevent me from keeping the truck, much less do the swap. I've listed the truck in several places with no response. My options as I see it are as follows:
1. keep trying to sell the truck and swap parts as a package deal
2. try and sell the truck and swap parts seperate (not parting out swap
3. borrow a vehicle and pay someone to put the swap parts in the truck and then try to sell complete.
What would you do? thanks in advance

Re: Advice needed on selling truck/LS swap

First. Can i see some pix of the truck?

Second, most folks want a running and drivibg truck more so than a potential project or a project so...

If you have the time/money, do the swap and then sell it or drive the crap out of it.
Once you drive one, you wont goback to SBC....

Re: Advice needed on selling truck/LS swap

If the truck runs now, then sell it and the LS engine separate. Paying someone to do it is a sure fire way to never get your money back in my opinion. Also, you say you bought all the parts, but theres bound to be unforseen parts you haven't got, so take that into consideration too.
