Wiring a 64-66 steering column to a 1960

More looking around at my problem is believe it traces back to the 60 harness to 64 steering column and harness. The previous owner did tie into a 64 wire plug but I'm guessing the wires are crossing somewhere. Has anyone converted one before? I do have an thread about my RH blinker not working

The colors should be same. I would just move the wires to corespond to the stock 64 colum.
