Did some work on my truck and kaboom!
Was trying to fire it up for the first time , the starter hung up and I pulled the battery cable and then she blew. I am close to being ready to move under its own power and am ready for paint. At least I have some more garage wall art now.

Re: Did some work on my truck and kaboom!
I did that in high school with my 455 Buick... Only three cylinders were firing until it'd warm up... The other three were pumping gas into the radiator. One little backfire into the muffler, and the resulting kaboom stopped ALL movement of every kind in the parking lot.
I can't imagine how long your ears rang in your garage after that sneeze! Posted via Mobile Device
