There is only one bracket in your picture that is missing , Missing by your accounts verses my picture of steering colum brackets , I do have that bracket but that brakect attaches to the Clutch brake pedal bracket does not have anything to due with the steering colum other then it loops around the colum , as far as I see it is to ad stability and ridgity to the cutch /brake pedal bracket.

Sorry about that coop I am mixing my parts up , I have been tearing down a Diamond T 203 for a restore , you are correct after checking my Diamond T part they some how ended up with them instead of the c10 ....... you would be suprised how simular truck parts are again I apologize
