To answer your question, yes. They are the same as truck belts except for the passenger side retractor. It does not have the tall "boot" which allows for easier passenger access to back seat.

blazer seat belts
those black blazer seatbelts are mine---they are original blazer ones, as mentioned they have the shorter retractor for access to the rear seat, they also have a plastic protector sleeve on the passenger side buckle, probably to protect the belt from the raising and lowering of the seat.

Thanks guys. The P.O. put in aftermarket seatbelts, and I haven't ever seen what originally was in there.

The Blazer's I have seen usually have a tall boot on the drivers side and a short boot on the passenger side. The set looks complete and good.
Also ad says only ship to US.... what about

Wow... I know I have 1 set of the front brackets and maybe 2. I think I need to start sifting through my parts bins. These front hold down brackets could be the next tow hook craze! $70+ a set??? unreal! I could be on to something.

Lots of guys need them...guess they are the towhook of the blazer guys. Except these holddowns make your rear seat safe! I wouldn't put anyone I liked in the rear seat without them on there!

Phillip, if you've got them, I'm sure you can sell them! I bought my set from PICKMUP for $40. I've seen them sell for over $80 on e-bay!
