Repop SPID
1. Ids there any way to figure out what options the truck came with WITHOUT a SPID?
2. Does anyone repop SPIDs? 3. Would anyone be interested if someone could repop SPIDs?

Re: Repop SPID
For 1976 and later (US built) you can send your VIN and $50 to the GM Heritage Center archive and they will send you the original invoice, complete with RPO content and pricing.
http://www.gmmediaarchive.com/?page=1 If your truck was built in Canada, or built in the US for Canadian sale, then GM of Canada will have your information: http://www.vintagevehicleservices.com/options.html Once you have all of the technical detail then forum member Chipflyer (Jeff) can reproduce the SPID label itself. (as shown above: http://outintheshop.com/2.html) K

Re: Repop SPID
Pull your seat if original and look under and behind it for a build sheet. Seen then on the back side of the fuel tank too.
