-Does the horn button have all the pieces and work properly?
-Do the cracks affect the structural rigidity of the wheel?

Yes, The little round plastic is broken but still worked. The wheel is good a safe. I was going to grind the cracks open a little. Then put some epoxy in it and sand down.

OK, I'm going to look at some steering wheels tomorrow, so I'll let you know by tomorrow evening if i find something less cracked...
