Front fender Modifications

I have built a 1987 Suburban with 6 inches of lift running 37 inch tires.
I want to lower it to a 4 inch lift. I plan to move the front axle forward an inch and modify the front fenders for clearance.
I want it to look clean, I drive this truck to work, I am a self employed commercial Photographer. I want to look good infront of my clients.
What have you guys done to modify your fenders to allow bigger rubber while maintaining a factory look.

Thanks

Keith
