255/70x15 on a 10 in. rim ?
anyone thave this setup. I,m thinking it quite won,t look right but would like to see.

It's a small tire on a big rim, yes it will fit but will look goofy. Specially if it's a 4wd truck...can fit 33s stock.

Recommended rim width for those size tires is 6.5 to 8.5....a 10 in wide wheel is way to wide for those...with that said it seems like that's the latest new craze with the 16 yr drivers around here.....put a narrow tire on a way to wide wheel..I've got no pics but I wouldn't do it to mine..

that ,s what I sorta thought.I don,t want a 275 or 295 tire,dia. is too small to match the fr.I will see what a Hoosier or Mickey T. 29x12.5 tire would look like

To give more explanation than you need: A 10-inch tire on a 10-inch rim is okay if the sidewall is very small, like a 255/35-18, they are designed that way. But larger sidewalls like narrow wheels, like Mongo said, 6.5-8.5 inches.
