I personally wouldn't pay the asking price. Without seeing it in person I'd say 4K tops. But if it's exactly what you are looking for and it is local to you then it would be worth a look because they don't come up for sale that often.

my opinion is these campers are worth anywhere from $1k-1500 mostly complete, "runs and drives", but needs a restoration, up to $6-8k in prime unrestored condition very low miles, no rust original paint, etc. so depending on pictures i'd say somewhere in that range.
