Rear suspension torque

I'm installing new rear leafs on my 1981 C-10. The service manual says 110 ft/lbs for the front bushing bolt and 110 for the "rear shackle bolt". What about the other rear shackle bolt? Same? Less?

That would make sense. I just didn't know if the bolt connecting the shackle to the leaf would be less so that it could move as needed. 110 ft/lbs felt like a lot.
