Leaf spring help

I have a 1950 3800 and I came across some 3/4 ton rear leaf springs. I know the width difference is 2" on my 1 ton and the 3/4 is 1 3/4". Does anyone know the eye diameter? Is there a difference? My rear leaf springs are bad and I'm trying to figure out if I can make these work.

Re: Leaf spring help

link in my signature lands on a 56 page. scroll down to year index, select your year, then look in the page index for spring info. Has all the details you want.

Re: Leaf spring help

3600 and 3800 rear springs are completely interchangeable.

3600's have 1 3/4 front springs and 2" rear.

Base model 3600's had a 7 leaf pack. 8 leaf was optional.

3800's had the 8 leaf pack as stock.

Re: Leaf spring help

Awesome. Great info guys! The deal is too good on the leaf springs and I was hoping they would work since mine are half broke.
