If you google c10 lower control arm you can see them. I see them really cheap for C20, not sure what the difference was other than greasable bushings.

C10 uses a rubber bushing. C20/30 use a greaseable steel bushing and a different ball joint.

I have a 1960 Apache C10 step side long bed. A guy here in Houston told me that he used 1964 C10 lower control arms to fit his for air ride system install. Will these lower control arms fit on my 1960 C10?.. If so, then I will take them. Let's make arrangements for payment and shipment. I will give you my UPS account number to ship them to me.
