newbie and need some help

finally retired and get to do what i want. which is restore my 69 chevy 1 ton. want to update braking and newer wheels. have a 89 1 ton for a donor. has anybody out here taken whole k member out and stuck under an 69 1 ton for newer brakes and wheels. any problems i should know about ? thanks!!

welcome to the site, post your question in the 67-72 message board and you will find your answer...I am wanting to do the same with my 69 GMC C30....and congrats on your retirement, I retired two years ago and love it
