Placement of box beams? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I just got back my truck from the bodyshop, (5 1/2 Months) and I need to know the placement of the 5 beams.

The short one goes in front of the wheel wells.

Is there a huge gap between the wheel wells?

Ya there is a big gap from thee frame mount on the arch to the flat part of the frame that is where your next beam shoud be can get pic's if you need them...

How do you bolt the strips down, I don't remember any braces in the gap, or am I losing my memory?

Strip's ???? I have not had my bed down that far do you have a wooden bed floor???
