Horn or Horns

I have a 1965 C10 that I am closing in on finishing with a 7 year frame off restoration. When I got the truck it had two horns. One horn bolted to the top square tube of the radiator support and the other horn bolted to the sheetmetal below on the radiator support. The second horn that was bolted to the sheetmetal appeared to be scabbed in. My question is did these trucks come with two horns or one the second one added?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Horn or Horns

Without seeing it , Im going to say it was the "High Note Horn" , . it was a GM Accessory offered for these trucks. Should have an H cast into it. It will also have a large square washer that the screw threads into and a green extension wire, if original. That is the original location also.
