77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: Cree day maker led headlights

I’ve seen them advertised for Jeep, Hummers, Semi’s & motorcycles. Also saw them advertised for AD trucks on EBay but I hadn’t seen them installed so I wasn’t sure if the buckets would need any mods. These would be a lot brighter than the traditional lights and I actually kinda like the look.

I don't know much about this style, but a co-worker bought a similar looking set for his Jeep. The LEDs began to burn out in a month.

Many of the less expensive LED lights don't seem to last. One of the mechanics that works for me keeps buying cheap LED headlights from Ebay and they make it six months to a year at most.

Thanks for the replies. After more research, these appear to be cheap Chinese knock offs of the JWSpeaker units costing in excess of $600. Staying clear

Re: Cree day maker led headlights

I've found out one thing when buying headlights. It's a waste of money to buy cheap ones off Ebay. That doesn't matter what they use for a light element. The one exception might be the H4 lights sold by rimiinc ebay store Autopal lights. Nice looking lights that put out serous light for traditional lens lights. They do require cutting the bucket behind most headlights to clear though.

I think the local big truck trinket store has 7 inch Led headlights for semi trucks. If I remember right they are not inexpensive though.

No “lol” so I assume you mean this. If that’s true why do you post here or care about these trucks at all if you think they’re ugly?
