shift selector bushing/bolt removal

Hey all, I am installing a Lokar ACA-1800 shift linkage kit, however I am not sure how I should remove the bolt/bushing on the shift selector (see atatched image). This bolt just spins and it looks like the only way to remove it is to cut it off...is that correct? Thanks in advance!

Re: shift selector bushing/bolt removal

Is there a c-type clip on the head side?
