BIG truck fenders on pickups?

I know that Ive seen pic on the forum beofre but can't seem to find any right now. Looking for front fenders from the Medium/Heavy Duty trucks on a pickup. thanks

They are about 6-8” wider than the stock c10 fenders so unless you have a wide stance, it wouldn’t be very appealing imo. To each his own tho

Few things to point out is you have to run the big truck grill valance and possibly mod core support. All the ones I have seen just use the entire front clip from medium duty or just start with medium duty truck and put a bed on it. Also there are 2 different size fenders for big trucks, I cant remember exacts but its something like 4-5" flare or 2". Here are 2 pics I have showing different ones, also note they are both 64-66 cabs. I have seen both narrow and wide on both 60-63 & 64-66 cab styles so not sure if the cut off is something obvious like C50 and down got one and c60 and up got other or if it was a different option that any GVW truck could have them.

I have been looking at them for awhile and plan to try and cut up some junked sets to make flares for the front and rear of my truck so they match. I even thought of getting them to fit and then using them as a mold to make some fiberglass or plastic flares that I can bolt on instead of weld on with body work involved. (I still need to find few more in hopes of using decent sections from them.)

I have always thought it would be really cool to add that grill surround to a c10 using the c10 fender openings. I think it would be the only good way to add a role pan to the front. a while back there was a guy on here that was trying to do it but I don't know if he ever finished. It would be even better if you could shorten the front using one of those short hoods.

Just to point out the trucks I posted are the standard length hood trucks, the LCF short hood trucks have completely different fenders\core support. I also had a brief thought of using the short hood size with modded C-10 fenders and then maybe a 4.5-5ft stepside bed to try and balance out the look.

I'm personally not as big of a fan of the grille valance area on the big trucks and want to keep my stock light duty front end. I just want to benefit from the flares that match the lines of the truck well vs a set of aftermarket rubber flares.
