Fittings for 87 blazer fuel pump basket to -an
I think it’s 6 an braided that’s going to be headed up to the ls fuel rail but I’m nit great at deciphering sizes of odd fittings. Can anyone tell me what adapters I will need to go from the stock fuel basket to a standard -an fitting? Pic included if another members setup. It’s the blue adapters in the pic.

the number (6) is the diameter in 1/16" increments, so you are running 3/8" which is a good choice.
This is what you need to connect AN fittings to your tank. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/r...SABEgINBfD_BwE

IIRC, my sending unit had a threaded connection with an o-ring. I think that fitting is the push on GM fitting. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/s...l/r10-suburban

That would work at the fuel rail? Right?
I’m wonder for now about the two tubes coming out of the fuel pump basket back at the tank. They are different sizes from one another ans have a threaded male fitting that would need screwed into an adapter fitting. |

That's exactly what mine looks like, but I don't remember what fitting I used to get to a double flare...
Edit: I think this is it https://www.jegs.com/i/Earls/361/9894DBH/10002/-1 Also, I used a GF652 fuel filter, and used the male fittings to connect to it. Last edited by Leonard1; 01-23-2019 at 08:24 PM. Reason: added link |

Oops, ya that is a GM pushlock to AN6 so a fuel rail adapter.
2 of those fittings on your tank sending unit look like they'd be compatible with GM pushlock. (that thing looks like a medusa!)

Those are metric. One is 14X1.5 and the other is 16X1.5. The part numbers from Summit are SUM220628B for the 14 and SUM220627B for the 16. Those are black, I do not know number for other colors.
