I agree with this thread, but a few opinions on which route to go. Will be a good start for you.

Many will disagree but I just used CPP 2 1/2 dropped spindle 6 lug kit along with the 11" midnight series brake booster and master cylinder. As of now I am in the trial part of it with only about 2 miles on them but so far no issues. went together good. I also dropped the rear 3". 2" springs and 1" blocks so I could keep my overload springs if I want.
