1965 283 Engine and Transmission Complete

Complete 283 engine and 3 speed transmission. Good running condition, rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago. About 100,000 original miles.

Removed from 1965 truck vin #C1445B120024. Been in my family since new. All original except was converted to a 4 barrel carb in the mid 1960's (carb included). So original intake and carb is not available.

Engine stand included.

$700 Local pickup only. Greenville SC

I bought my 65 when she was around 18.
It's hard to believe she's around 55 years old now.
