Re: tailight wires
I bent some stainless tubing (5/16 i think) and ran through the bed and flared at the tail light. Stainless washers on each side of the tube going through the bed siliconed in place |

Re: tailight wires
In the past I have seen guys use chrome plated copper tubing intended for water supply lines to faucets that you find in the plumbing section. You would have to check to see if it is bendable though. I've seen some use the flexible stainless water supply lines too.
That stainless line that Jemzcrusher showed is about as clean and sanitary as you can ever find though.

Re: tailight wires
welded a d JIC Male fitting onto a stock tail-light bracket, then bent up a piece of -6 stainless tube as a conduit.
the fitting on the bracket. I trimmed the screws and used acorn nuts after this pic |

Re: tailight wires
I just went with corrugated split loom plastic tubing.
But if you want something fancy, how about braided stainless headlight conduit?

Re: tailight wires
I'm currently looking at https://www.techflex.com/ for their high temperature resistant sleeves, to cover some of my cooler lines and wires around the engine...
They also have metalic sleeves with 'chrome' look :
